Drew Supina

Creativity and passion have guided my journey toward earning a Bachelor of Architecture, which I will complete in May 2025. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have developed a diverse skillset, including proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, Fusion 360, and 3DS Max. My exploration of automotive product design has vastly expanded my CAD expertise. At the same time, my ARCH 4030 project and ongoing internship with Hartman Spiller Trapp have deepened my understanding of Revit design and project execution.

My professional experiences have shaped my practical approach to architecture. As a Foreman at Junker and Sons Landscaping in Lakeland, Minnesota, I collaborated with homeowners to create and execute landscape designs, refining my project management and customer engagement skills. At Transportation Services during my time at Iowa State, I balanced academic and professional responsibilities, mastering time management and client interaction. During my full-time summer internship at HST Studio in Des Moines, Iowa, I managed smaller projects like renovating South Union Bread Cafe, gaining valuable insights into client relations, budgeting, and effective communication. Continuing this internship part-time during my final year at Iowa State has allowed me to apply my growing knowledge to real-world projects.

As I approach graduation, I am eager to bring my academic foundation, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to innovative architectural projects. I am excited to contribute meaningfully to the field, embrace new challenges, and continue growing as an architect and a professional.
